Does Found work for all types of care provider?

Found is built for all types of care providers: care homes, home care, and specialist care, from single services to large groups. It’s designed around how care is actually bought and paid for, so it handles the things generic CRMs don’t: tracking occupancy and vacancies, and billing across local authority, NHS, FNC and top-up funding.

How much does Found cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your business, and which modules you use. There are no hidden set-up fees, and migration and training are included. Book a demo and we’ll give you a quote based on your services. Costs are calculated based on the number of locations you have, rather than the number of users. More users are free and unlimited.

Is Found secure and GDPR compliant?

Yes. Found is GDPR compliant, with data encrypted in transit and at rest. Role-based permissions mean staff only see what they need, and every action is logged. We sign a data processing agreement with every partner, and hold Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001. Our security certification and documentation is available on request.

Do you have to be on Lottie marketplace to use Found?

No. Found is a standalone product, and you can use it without listing on the Lottie. If you do work with Lottie, marketplace enquiries arrive in Found automatically, and some marketplace benefits, such as paying per placement instead of per enquiry, are only available to Found customers.
